November 6

• James Higgins, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police

Department for alleged criminal restraint; battery; physical contact in rude,

insulting, angry manner; domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm.


November 4

• William Wards Jr., La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Chad Snider, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office

for alleged bond revocation by bondsman; failure to appear in court.


November 2

• Andrew Yeager, Paola, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police

Department for an alleged parole violation.

• Madison Swanson, Gladstone, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer; falsely

reporting a felony crime and intending action on information; conspiracy,

aggravated battery; reckless great bodily harm - six counts.

• Jana Speedone, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Thomas Weyer, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal discharge of firearm on a public road/public right of way/railroad; interference with a law enforcement officer;

conceal/alter/destroy evidence in felony case.
