Linn County jail bookings, Nov. 7 - 14

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law

enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons

listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


November 14

• Robert Blurton, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


November 11

• Allan Burton, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for allegedly transporting an open container; driving under the influence of

drugs/alcohol.


November 9

• Christopher Harvey, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.


November 8

• Justyn Howells, Louisburg, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for an alleged probation violation.


November 7

• John Smith, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

• Chester Casida, La Cygne, was taken into custody by an outside agency for

alleged driving while a habitual violator; operating a vehicle without registration

or with an expired tag.
