March 29

• Clinton Benjamin, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.


March 28

• David Bohlken Jr., Osawatomie, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Joshua Brazeal, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged theft of property or service with a value between $1,500 and $25,000 and failure of a driver to report an accident with an unattended vehicle or property, theft of a motor vehicle with a value of $50,000 to $100,000, and driving while a habitual violator.

• David Young, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged unlawful use of a non-drivers identification card, failure to have liability insurance and exceeding maximum speed limits.


March 27

• Paul Oliphant, Fontana, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for allegedly fleeing or attempting to flee law enforcement officers by engaging in reckless driving and exceeding maximum speed limits.


March 25

• Robert Austin Jr., Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Amanda Kieffaber, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


March 24

• Joe Strange, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and aggravated escape from custody while being held for a felony, and domestic battery.

• Paul Jacobs Jr., Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged operation of a vehicle without a valid license, reckless driving, refusing to submit to a test for drugs or alcohol, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.


March 23

• Tricia Yager, Butler, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Stephen Hudson, Galena, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


March 22

• Angela Irons, Garnett, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possession of an opiate.

• Tammy Weers, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for allegedly transporting an open container.


March 21

• Brandon Walker, Amazonia, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear.


March 19

• Edward Hammer, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged battery, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

• Joseph Palmer, Galena, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department, for alleged use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and distributing an opiate.

• Ronnie Suarez, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.
