August 5

• Bradley Casida, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged breach of privacy, install or use of a concealed camcorder without consent; disseminate image, photo, video or film.

• Albert Eidson, Checotah, Okla., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for allegedly driving while a habitual violator.

• Wayne Pickett, Prescott, was detained on a judge's order by the Linn County District Court pending a warrant.


August 4

• Mercedez Howard, La Cygne, was detained by judge's order pending a warrant by the Linn County Sheriff's Office.


August 2

• Kyle Carter, McCune, Kan,, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Heidi Bolden, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


August 1

• Charles Bradley, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol, under 21 years old, blood alcohol content of .02 to .08.


July 31

• Jacob Hays, Pittsburg, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 29

• Jody Hayes, Louisburg, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court; driving while license was cancelled, suspended or revoked; and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

• Justyn Howells, Louisburg, was detained by judge's order pending a warrant by the Linn County Sheriff's Office.

• Lee Reeves, Redfield, Kan., was detained by judge's order pending a warrant by the Linn County Sheriff's Office.


July 27

• Dennis Rakestraw, Pittsburg, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 26

• Tommy Bailey, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Carol Cole, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Departments for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

• Michael Ortego, La Cygne, was detained on a judge's order by the Linn County Sheriff's Office pending a warrant.


July 25

• Mitchell McElmurry, Lee Summit, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Nicholas Mitchell, Chase, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 23

• Shawn Maxwell, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.
