Linn County jail bookings, April 20 through May 2

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


May 2

• Christa Chaney, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


April 30

• Kyaw Htwey, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged attempted burglary; vehicle to commit felony, theft or sex motivated crime; aggravated assault, use of a deadly weapon.


April 29

• Neuenschwander, Olathe,was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged transporting an open container; vehicles; operate vehicle without registration or with expired tag; child passenger safety; restraining systems and seat belts.

• Stephanie Schade, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving while suspended; second or subsequent conviction.


April 27

• Anthony Barajas, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged assault; domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member; disorderly conduct; fighting words or noisy conduct.


April 26

• Keelan Wackerman, Butler, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

• Christopher Harvey, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; probation violation.


April 23

•Samuel McKnight, Lawrence, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged attempted driving under the influence; possession of marijuana.

April 21

William Quiring, Wichita, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’ Office for alleged failure to appear; possession of marijuana; fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.


April 20

• Kristofer Vanlerberg, Gardner, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.
