Linn County jail bookings, Dec. 11 through Dec. 26

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

 

December 26

• Mercedes Hartman, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged contempt of court.

• Trever Stroud, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged Criminal damage to property without consent, value less than $1,000; domestic battery, knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member. 

                                                                                                    

December 22

• Ryan McMillin, Wearbleau, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged Interference with a law enforcement officer; obstructing warrant service or execution; driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked. 

                                                                                                                   December 21

• Dustin Tinsley, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Remington Grassi, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; operating vehicle without registration or with expired tag; no vehicle liability insurance. 


December 20

• Kyla Doles, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of marijuana; driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; blood/breath .08 or greater.

• Joshua Stanton, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Jessica McQueen, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged one-way glass or side screen device on side windows, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, blood/breath .08 or greater; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia

into human body; aggravated endangering

a child, reckless situation to child under 18; distribute opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain stimulant.                                                                                                                                              


December 18

• Destiny Stogsdill, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.

• Jana Speedone, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Kayla Poole, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged harassment by telecom device; transmit obscene comment/image/text; disorderly conduct; Fighting words or noisy conduct to cause resentment.


December 17

• Christian Lalbiakmawia, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged Improper driving on laned roadway; driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; blood/breath .08 or greater. 


December 15

• Ezekiel Douglas, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


December 12

• John Sanjean, Bonner Springs, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Amanda Edgerton, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


December 11

• Colton Lawrence, Centerville, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged aggravated robbery; inflicts bodily harm; aggravated assault of law enforcement officer; use of a deadly weapon; domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact.

• Destiny Stogsdill, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to be held for another agency.

• William Vandenberg, Spring Hill, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged violation of offender registration act; failure to appear in court.

• James Allen, Centerville, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged Interference with law enforcement officer; obstruction of felony warrant service or execution; battery; physical contact in rude, insulting, angry manner.
