Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

January 1

• Andrew Stephens, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police

Department for alleged possession of marijuana; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; endangering a child.

• Andrew Galpin, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police

Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact with a

family member; criminal damage to property without consent.

• John Dehaan, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

incapable of safely driving; vehicle liability insurance; liability coverage required.

December 31

• Joey Groce, Roeland Park, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn Valley

Police Department for alleged vehicle liability insurance; liability coverage

required; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human

body.

December 30

• Timothy Lanyon, Warrensburg, Mo., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton

Police Department for alleged driving while suspended; third or subsequent

conviction.

December 29

• Luella Weems, Garnett, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family

member.

• Michael Krier, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged theft of property or services, value less than $1,500;

aggravated burglary, vehicle; theft of property or services, value less than

$1,500.

• Darian Lewis, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police

Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Chester Casida, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police

Department for alleged assault.

• Kelli Osborn-Reeves, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police

Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

December 27

• Remington Grassi, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.

• Austin Phillips, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged probation violation.
