Linn County jail bookings, Feb. 12 through Feb. 29

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


February 26

• Kenneth Hauenschild, Osawatomie, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to be detained by judge’s order pending warrant.


February 25

• Baldwin-Gaston, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving on left side of roadway prohibited; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

• Daryn Decker, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged attempted domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

• Danny Vanvlack, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; blood/breath .08 or greater; driving with a suspended permit; no vehicle liability insurance.                                                                         


February 23

• Remington Grassi, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Austin Phillips, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.                                           a


February 22

• Brandon Willis, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.


February 21

• Jeremy Spears, Drexel, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly driving with a suspended permit


February 17

• Rylie Carter, Chanute, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for allegedly transporting an open container; exceeding maximum speed limits; driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; blood/breath .08 or greater .


February 16

• William Cook, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged one-way glass or sun screen device; excessive tint over 35%; driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; blood/breath .08 or greater. 

• Mishell Hernandez, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Ian Keys, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office for alleged use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; probation violation; aggravated endangering a child; exposure to meth.       

                                                                                        

 February 14

• Jennifer Arnaud, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged aggravated endangering a child; Reckless situation to child under 18; possession of marijuana; unsafe turning or stopping.


February 13

• Kieran Lingle, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court; attempted failure to appear.

• Heidi Bolden, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Mound City Police Department for alleged conspiracy bail enforcement unlawful acts; failure to notify agencies and present bond/ID; unknown convict 

• William Prestley, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Anthony Ohmes, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to held for another agency.                                                                           


February 12

• Jackie Hill, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged criminal damage to property without consent, value less than $1,000; aggravated burglary; dwelling for felony, theft, sex; aggravated battery.

• Matthew Willard, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.
