Linn County jail bookings, February 15-22

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

February 22

• Jana Speedone, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Matthew Willard, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office and detained by judge’s order pending a warrant.

February 20

• Nathan Stites, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.

February 19

• Rich Hayes, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; distribute opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant.

• Amanda Newcome, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged transporting an open container; distribute opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant; use/possession with intent.

February 17

• Richard Sauceda, Sr., Kansas City, Kan., was detained by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office by judge’s order pending warrant.

February 16

• William Cayton, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

February 15

• Leslie DePriest, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged aggravated interference with parental custody; detain/conceal child.

• Andrea Elliott, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.
