Linn County jail bookings, February 9–14

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


February 14

• Andrew Woods, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged operating a vehicle without registration or with expired tag; vehicle liability insurance; liability coverage required; interference with a law enforcement officer; obstruct warrant service.


February 12

• Durand Denyer, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged defective mirror; vehicles, display plate not assigned; defective tail lamp on motor vehicle; possession of stimulant; 1 prior conviction; violation of restrictions on drivers license or permit; vehicle liability insurance; Liability coverage required


February 11

• Destiny Firestine, Leavenworth, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• James Larson, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged traffic contraband in a correctional or care facility; intro item on grounds; interference with law enforcement officer; obstruct felony warrant service or execution.


February 10

• Cruz-Hernandez, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• William Swarnes Foster, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Tyler Fornoff, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Kiernan Lingle, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


February 9

• Jeorgia Scritchfield, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged attempted domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact with family member.

• Eddie Haynes, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged interference with law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence.
