Linn County Jail bookings, January 4 through January 9

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


January 9

• Thomas Long Jr., Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.


• Lacy Michael, Brumley, Mo., was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; improper driving on a laned road.


January 7

• Gina Mason, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged solicitation possession of stolen property; value $1,500 to $25,000.

•Jason Harp, Mapleton, was detained by judge’s order pending warrant by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

•Shawn Kelley, Rich Hill, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.


January 6

• Dmitri Stamm, Pittsburg, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged distribution of marijuana.


January 5

• Patricia Hernandez, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


January 4

• Clinton Irwin, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged criminal restraint; criminal damage to property; misdemeanor; conspiracy domestic battery, knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.


• Jeremy Taylor, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged disorderly conduct; fighting words or noisy conduct to cause resentment, four counts; pedestrians under influence of alcohol or drugs.
