June 20

• Karen Brundige, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

• Jason Phillips, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value < $1,000.

• Isac Jackson, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged racing on highways and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


June 18

• James Jones, Edwardsville, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving with a suspended license.

• Durand Denyer, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.


June 16

• Nathan Hurteau, Fulton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving with a suspended license.

• Derrick Nangle, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged violation of a protection order.

• Damien Patterson, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


June 15

• Tracy Weber, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to a family member.


June 14

• Elizabeth Christian, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Juan Riojas, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value > $25,000.

• Jeffrey Hart, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value > $25,000.


June 13

• Destiny Stogsdill, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged aggravated endangering a child; reckless situation to child, two counts; attempted driving under the influence.


June 12

• Jesse Hogan, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.


June 10

• Krystal Fuqua, Hume, Mo., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department to hold for another agency.


June 9

• Dmitri Stamm, Pittsburg, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Samson McAllister, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact with family member.

June 8

• Dale Samyn, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged violation of protection order; unknown circumstance.

• Charles Smith, Drexel, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value $1,000 to $25,000; burglary, non-dwelling to commit felony, theft or sexually motivated crime.

• Christopher Irvin, Archie, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value $1,000 to $25,000; burglary, non-dwelling to commit felony; theft or sexually motivated crime.

• Raymond Herndon, Stilwell, Kans., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged burglary; non-dwelling to commit felony, theft or sexually motivated crime; criminal damage to property; without consent value $1,000 to $25,000.


June 7

• Jeremy Taylor, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged criminal threat; cause terror; evacuation or disruption, 2 counts; pedestrians under influence of alcohol or drugs; disorderly conduct.


June 6

• Michael Miller, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Terri Duncan, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value > $25,000.

• Austin Phillips, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value > $25,000; interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in felony case.
