Linn County Jail bookings, June 29 – July 15

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


July 15

• Scott Williams, Topeka, Kans., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged use/possess w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; possession of marijuana; ignition interlock device; Operate a car without a required device; Violation of restrictions on drivers license or permit; Criminal possession of weapon by felon; Certain felonies w/in 10 yrs; Vehicles; Transfer of ownership.


July 14

• Raymond Rossman, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sherikff’s Office for alleged Riot; Threat to us force/violence for power; Conspiracy criminal damage to property; Without consent value > $25,000.

• Maci Roy, Butler, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 13

• Benjamin Anderson, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County’s Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal trespass; defiance of restraining order; violate protection order; stalking order; stalking; after served.

• Mason Hochhalter, Parker, was taken into custody by the Parker Police Department for alleged probation violation.


July 11

• Dakota Ryles, Butler, Mo., was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 10

• Clayton York, Goodman, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Hayley Wisdom, Amorett, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

• Madison Catron, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged attempted interference with a law enforcement officer; Conceal/alter/destroy evidence in felony case; Riot; Use of force/violence to breach public peace.


July 9

• Victor Clevenger, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 8

• Jessica Owens, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged Riot; Use of force/violence to breach public peace; Conspiracy criminal damage to property; Without consent value > $25,000.


July 7

• Dusty Weaver, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged aggravated endangering a child; Reckless situation to child <18; aggravated battery; Knowingly use physical contact in angry/rude manner w/weapon.

• Bodie Woods, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked; possession of substance; use/possess w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human.

• Shonna Williams, Topeka, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to hold for another agency.

July 6

• Collin Grant, Pembert, S.C., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

• Ayla Aulner-Staggs, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

• James Horton, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn Sheriff’s Office for alleged riot; use of force/violence to breach public peace; Conspiracy criminal damage to property; Without consent value > $25,000.


July 5

• Allyn Mackey, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value < $1000.


July 4

• Angel Turner, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged interference with a Law Enforcement Officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in felony case.

July 3

• Chrystele Morris, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s for alleged bond revocations by bondsman’s.

• Ronald Mc Daniel, Oklahoma City, Okla., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; 1st conv; blood/breath .08 or > 8-1558 - Maximum speed limits.


July 2

• Phillip Hale, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

• Mishell Hernandez, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged aggravated endangerment; interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence; driving under the influence.


July 1

• James Schreckhise, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allege failure to appear.

• Matthew Hochhalter, Parker, was taken into custody by the Parker Police Department for allege failure to appear in court.


June 29

• Breia Simmons, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked.

• Billy Turner, Jr., Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.
