Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


May 31

• Lindsey Bridegan, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Chris Grass, Excelsior Springs, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.


May 28

• Alli Roy, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to a family member, two counts; aggravated assault; Interference with a law enforcement officer; obstruct felony warrant service.


May 26

• Colton Dunnagan, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to a family member, two counts; aggravated assault; interference with a law enforcement officer; obstruct felony warrant service.


May 25

• Bruce Pearce, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged disorderly conduct; fighting words or noisy conduct to cause resentment; criminal threat; cause terror evacuation or destruction; aggravated assault.

• Angela Miller, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; driving under the influence.

• Billy Turner, Jr., Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Sherri Toynbee, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value > $25,000.

• Charles Toynbee, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value>$25,000.

• Carla Riojas, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal damage to property; without consent value>$25,000.
