Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


October 24

• Melody Masuch, Olathe, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


October 22

• Joey Love, Amsterdam, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to provide vehicle liability insurance; driving while license cancelled, suspended, or revoked; improper

registration of vehicle.

• Rigoberto Gutierrez, Olathe, was taken into custody by the Linn

County’s Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or

certain stimulant and transporting an open container.


October 21

• Ryan Freidline, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged improper driving on laned roadway; driving under the

influence of drugs/alcohol; and defective tail lamp on motor vehicle.

October 19

• Dawn Ralle, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Lee Reeves, Redfield, Kan., was taken into custody by a judge’s order pending warrant.

• Destanie Laidler, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office, for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic, or certain

stimulant.

• Stephen Sundby, Shawnee, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged use or possession with the intent to use drug

paraphernalia into human body and possession of opiate, opium, narcotic, or

certain stimulant.


October 18

• Christopher Harvey, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn

County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.


October 17

• Mickie Moore, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for an alleged violation of a protections order.

• Reality Tucker, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton

Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.
