Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


October 16

• Bodie Woods, Butler, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged domestic battery; knowing rude physical contact with a family

member.

• Stephen Elam, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for allegedly transporting an open container; possession of a

firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; driving under the influence

of drugs/alcohol.


October 14

• Amber Cox, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for an alleged failure to appear in court.

• John Daehler, Blue Springs, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for an alleged failure to appear in court.

October 13

• Robert Miller, Mound City, was taken into custody for alleged domestic

battery; knowing rude physical contact with family member; warrant charge; and

use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.

• Robyne Walter, Mound City, was taken into custody for alleged

possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and use/possession

with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.

• Gina Mason, Fort Scott, was taken into custody for alleged

use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; and

possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.


October 12

• Johnny Drury, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant.

• Stuart Wieland, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.

October 11

• Jennifer Mohn, Lees Summit, Mo., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton

Police Department for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer;

falsely reporting a felony intending to obstruct; and concealing, altering or

destroying evidence in felony case.

• Larry Brown II, Erie, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for an alleged failure to appear in court.
