October 10

• Raymond Chapman, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

October 9

• Ashley Grillot, Pittsburg, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domestic battery against a family member.

• Adam Grillot, Pittsburg, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domestic battery against a family member.

• Sarah King, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged conspiracy of criminal restraint.


October 8

• Dusty Weaver, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding warrant.


October 7

• Enrique Castro, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for allegedly operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, reckless driving, and endangering a child.

• Jeffrey Wright, Drexel, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Brianna Austin, Hume, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Amos Matlock, Belton, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; display or possession of a fictitious or fraudulent ID card; and criminal carrying of weapons.

• Hayley Wisdom, Rich Hill, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly exceeding maximum speed limits; use/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use; and vehicle liability insurance required.


October 6

• Joshua Thompson, La Cygne, was detained by a judge’s order by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office pending a warrant.

• Ronald Whatley, Amsterdam, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

October 3

• Austin Phillips, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer, obstructing felony warrant service or execution.


October 1

• Clark Montgomery, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.
