Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


August 6

• Ieshia Mahnud, Kansas City, Mo.,was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged battery on a law enforcement officer; Bodily harm to county or city officer on duty; conspiracy interference with LEO; conceal/alter/destroy evidence.


August 2

• Jeremy Taylor, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged criminal trespass; remain in defiance of order by owner; interference with law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence; disorderly conduct; fighting words or disorderly conduct.

• Tyler Mathews, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; 1st conviction; blood/breath .08 or >.

• Danielle Dakon, St. Joseph, Mo., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; Possession of marijuana; Use/possession w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.

• Jason Holland, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged aggravated burglary; Dwelling for felony, theft, sex.


July 29

• Luten Warrick was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; 1st conviction; blood/breath .08 or >; improper driving on laned roadway.


July 28

• Megan Short, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged burglary; Dwelling to commit felony, theft or sexually motivated crime.

• Timothy Hartman, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal threat; Cause terror, evacuation or disruption.


July 27

• Joseph Baham, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Darian Lewis, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Andrew Stephens, Parsons, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 26

• Dennis Harris, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged attempted use/possess w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body; attempt to distribute hallucinogenic or marijuana; unknown quantity.

• Ellen Coons, Topeka, Kans., was was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged possession of marijuana; possession of opiate,

opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; Interference with a law enforcement officer; Conceal/alter/destroy evidence.

• Austin Phillips, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Lily Adams, Ottawa, Kans., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of

marijuana; Unlawful obtain prescription drug; Possession prescription only drug;

Possession of opiate.


July 25

• Chester Casida, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Christina Hurst, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 23

• James Schreckhise, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

• Lonnie Pettit, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged conspiracy criminal trespass; Remain in defiance of order by owner.

• Tina Nichols, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.

• Kelli Osborn-Reeves, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.


July 22

• Christian Hermreck, Lane, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged domesti battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member.

July 21

• Lance Clay, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged flee or attempt to elude; commission of any felony; maximum speed limits; Possession of stolen property; firearm with value less than $25,000.


July 18

• Tyler Clark, Hume, Mo., was taken into custody by the Kansas Highway Patrol to be held for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer; Falsely reporting a crime intending action on information.

• Gina Mason, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Douglas Lawler, Olathe, was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged driving under the influence; fourth or subsequent conviction; blood/breath .08>.
