Hundreds of children, parents, grandparents, cousins and other realtives converged on the Mound City ball fields for the annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 8. Children of all ages, some with the help of parents and older relatives, combed the grass of three ball diamonds looking for eggs.

While many of the eggs contained candy, a few had coupons for prizes like scooters. Children had ample of opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny and get their photos taken.
