Recent Linn County jail bookings

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

• Jennifer Olson, Elk City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol, blood level between .02 and .08.

• Shawn Maxwell, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.

• Clark Montgomery, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.

• Jesse Overbay, who is listed as homeless, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Brandon Boch, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving with a suspended license.
