September 6

• Deborah Park, Topeka, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged distribution of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant (less than 100 grams) and attempted use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

• Tina Spillman, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged distribution of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant (less than 100 grams) and attempted use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.


September 5

• Randall Burton, Lane, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


September 3

• Jennifer Olson, Elk City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol, blood level between .02 and .08.


September 2

• Shawn Maxwell, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.

• Clark Montgomery, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.

• Jesse Overbay, who is listed as homeless, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Brandon Boch, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving with a suspended license.
