He is survived by a daughter, Jamie Pappas of the New England area, his mother, Carolyn Mitchell-Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri; and his father Harold Lee Johnson of Pleasanton, Kansas, and many aunts, uncles and cousins all over the United States of America.
