Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


June 28

• Jacob Stanbrough, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department to be held for another agency.

• David Griffith, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.

• Michael Morris, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Mound City Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Wendy Ballinger, Bronson, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked; interference with law enforcement; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in felony case; use/possess with intent to sell.


June 27

• Billy Wagner, Olathe, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence in felony case.

• Adam Krummel, Gardner, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


June 26

• Timothy Hartman, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged violation of a protection order; unknown circumstance.

• Kenzey Hart, Fort Scott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


June 25

• Daniel Gaikowski, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged criminal littering, private property.


June 23

• Justyn Howells, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged probation violation.

• John Culpepper, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body; possession of marijuana; criminal damage.


June 22

• Gage Howard, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body.


June 21

• Tom Snyder, Fulton, was taken into custody by the Kansas Highway Patrol for alleged giving a worthless check; Value $1,000 to $25,000.
