Carl William White

March 6, 1935 - January 15, 2024

Carl William White age 88 of Parker, KS died January 15, 2024, at Moran Manor in Moran, KS. 


Carl was born March 6, 1935 in Parker, KS. He was the second of four born to Ernest T and Velma Fay (Blakemore) White. He grew up and attended school in Parker.


In 1959, Carl and Wyoma Jean Anderson were married in Wyoming. He gained not only a wife but two children; Terry and Anita. Together, Carl and Jean had three children – Kathy, Tena and Billy. 


When living in Phoenix, AZ, Carl worked for Christy Sign Company and Teco Cement Company. He then trained horses at Turf Paradise. The family then moved back to Parker, KS, and Carl started running his family farm. He and Jean raised cattle and chickens. Carl worked in the maintenance department at the Osawatomie State Hospital until retirement. 


Carl was a man of all trades. He could fix anything that is put in front of him. He loved attending the yearly class reunion in Parker. 


He was preceded in death by his wife Jean, son Billy, his parents, and sister Osee Riggs.

Survivors include children Terry Anderson of Osawatomie, KS, Anita Anderson of Parker, KS, Kathy White of Osawatomie, KS, and Tena White of Phoenix, AZ. He is survived also by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jody Bloodgood, Chase, Adison, and Mackenzy, Doug Smith, Mercedes White, Carl Mathis, Terry & Kayla Mathis, Irelynn and Lily and Meranda Ellison, Jalynn and Bristol. He will be missed by other family and many friends.
