Erma Lorene Lovewell, Osawatomie, Kansas, passed away Friday, October 25, 2024. She was born in Birdsong, Missouri, on January 7, 1935, the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Harvey Lovewell.
Erma grew up on a farm near Birdsong and graduated from El Dorado Springs, Missouri, High School in the Class of 1953. She believed in TOPS(Taking Pounds Off Sensibly), and liked to quilt and sew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Jerry Lovewell; three brothers, Harvey, William, and Freddie Lovewell; a sister, Nellie; two half brothers; and 2 half sisters.
Erma is survived by three sons, Larry Cyr and wife Norma, Lewis Cyr and wife Mendi, and Lowell Cyr and wife Sandra; two daughters, Glenda Wendt and Judy Cyr; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2024, at the El Dorado Springs City Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Vintage Park Activity Fund. Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunernals.com.
