Harley Edward Casper died on April 16, 2025, at a nursing home in Overland Park, Kansas, at the age of 91. He was born in Dongola, Illinois, on September 8, 1933.  After serving in the Army, he worked for Kansas City Power and Light until his retirement in 1990.  He enjoyed going on cruises and fishing.  He is survived by his wife, Beverly Charlene (Andrews) Casper of Overland Park, Kansas.


There will be a private family graveside burial at Brooklyn Cemetery.  The family suggests memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.  Online condolences may be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com .
