Law enforcement bookings, April 1-15, 2024

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


April 15

•  Curtis Kirby, Overbrook, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged maximum speed limits; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; criminal possession of weapon by felon; firearm used in non-person felony. 


April 14

• Heather Holloway, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation. 


April 11

• Kenneth Manning, Osawatomie, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court. 


April 9

• Andrea Caruso, Adrian, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


April 8

• Alyssa Carvalho, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member. 


April 6

• Justin Hansen, Olathe, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; incapable of safely driving.


April 5

• Amos Matlock, Belton, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Kieran Lingle, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged traffic contraband in correctional/care facility; introducing an item on grounds; use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.


April 3

• Dale Samyn, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to be detained by judge’s order pending warrant. 


April 1

• Daniel Brenneman, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to be detained by judge’s order pending warrant.
