Linn County jail bookings, Sept. 29 through Oct. 22

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


October 22

• Gavin Maberry, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; refusal to submit test for drugs or alcohol; transporting an open container.


October 21

• Coltyn Morgan, Pleasant Hill, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol; battery on law enforcement officer; physical contact with county or city officer on duty.

• Cody Rose, Louisburg, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly attempting to drive while license cancelled/suspended/revoked; driving under the influence; combination of drugs and alcohol.

• Clark Montgomery, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked; attempted possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.


October 19

• Billy Shipps, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly driving while suspended; operating a vehicle without registration or with expired tag; failure to wear seatbelt.

• Daniel Wesley, Kansas City, Mo. was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.


October 18

• Sheila Grafke, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department to hold for another agency.


October 16

• Tyler Henry, Sunrise Beach, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court and a probation violation.


October 15

• Colin Stoltzfus, Garnett, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.


October 14

• Nicholas Velasquez, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for allegedly driving while suspended.


October 13

• Thompson-McVay, Louisburg, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


October 11

• John Sanjean, Bonner Springs, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


October 6

• Maci Roy, Butler, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member; driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.


October 4

• Michael Leins, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


October 3

• Daniel Hasty, John’s Island, S.C., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Police Department for alleged disorderly conduct; fighting words or noisy conduct to cause resentment.

• Timothy Pitts, II, Amoret, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


October 2

• Aaron Turpen, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged vehicle liability insurance; knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle; and driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked.


October 1

• William Cayton, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Anthony Barajas, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery; knowing or reckless bodily harm.


September 30

• Tiffany Dean, Trenton, Ga., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged criminal possession of weapon by felon; use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body.

•Micah Baptiste, Trenton, Ga., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged distribute opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant; 3.5 - <100 grams; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.


September 29

• Joel Duncan, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.
