Marty Leach

Martin Wayne "Marty" Leach, age 58, Lane, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026. He was born on December 5, 1967, in Lawrence, Kansas, the son of Harold "Butch" and Nadine Davis Leach.

After graduating from Osawatomie High School in 1986, Marty went to work as a heavy equipment operator for APAC and finished his career with Haupt Construction. Marty was a member of Operator's Union Local #101.

Marty was united in marriage to Lisa Lee on December 29, 1995. He grew up helping his dad on the farm near Osawatomie, Kansas. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and family card games.

Marty is survived by his wife, Lisa Leach; two children, Mallory Leach(Colton Reed), and Shane Leach; two sisters, Kelley Wallace(Jim), and Sheri Andrews(Jay); many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Parker Community Building.
