Music in the Park fundraiser set for Friday evening in Parker

The Heritage Park Board and the Parker Area Ladies Society (PALS) are sponsoring Music in the Park on Friday, June 27, from 6 to 10 p.m. Michael Pierce will be performing for the fundraiser.


The organizations will be providing a low country shrimp boil for $15 and that includes a drink and homemade cookies. They will also serve a hotdog, chips and cookies for $5.


All proceeds from the meal stay in the park fund for improvements and additions to the park.

Serving of food will begin at 6 p./m. until they are sold out.


Organizers suggest bringing lawn chairs.
