Sandra L. Polfer

Sandra L. Polfer, age 60, of Louisburg, KS, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, August 31, 2025.

Sandra was born December 29, 1964, in Dallas, TX, the daughter of Kenneth and Sammi (Knecht) Cosgrove. She later married Larry Polfer, and together they made their home in Louisburg.

Sandra loved spending time outdoors. She especially enjoyed fishing, camping, and making memories with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Polfer of the home; children, Jodi Cosgrove, Lacy Polfer, Cara Polfer, Katie Cosgrove, and Kevin Cosgrove; twelve grandchildren; and many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Kendra Wessell.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Aubry Cemetery in Stilwell, KS.
