Current Linn County jail bookings, Nov. 23 to Dec. 4

Below is a summary of persons recently taken into custody by Linn County law enforcement officers and booked into the Linn County jail. All of the persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

December 4

• Tommy Bailey, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for allegedly transporting an open container; vehicle emerging from alley,

private roadway, building or driveway; driving under the influence of

drugs or alcohol.

December 3

• Brenda Smith, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police

Department for alleged operating a vehicle without registration or with expired

tag; attempted interference with a law enforcement officer; concealing, altering or destroying

evidence; use possession with intent.

•Brian Anderson, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County’s Sheriff’s Office for alleged attempted interference with a law enforcement officer; concealing, altering or destroying evidence; use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

December 2

• Loren Debus, Jr., Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn

County Sheriff’s Office for alleged bond revocation by bondsman.

• Destanie Laidler, Kansas City, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged bond revocation by bondsman.

• Travis Meads, Butler, Mo., was detained by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office

pending judge’s order pending warrant.

November 30

• Stacie Collins, Columbia, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for an alleged probation violation.

November 28

• Justin Wingate, Blue Mound, was detained by judge’s order pending warrant by

the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

• Timothy Lacy, Stilwell, was detained by judge’s order pending warrant

by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

November 27

• Robert Merriman Jr., La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

incapable of safely driving.

• Betancourt Mendoza, Edinburg, Texas, was taken into custody by the Linn

Valley Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

November 23

• Jeffrey Wright, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged driving while suspended.

• Tina Flach, Versailles, Mo., was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police

Department for alleged probation violation.

• Nathan Stites, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff’s

Office for alleged probation violation.

• Malachi Pingleton, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County

Sheriff’s Office for alleged failure to appear in court.
