La Cygne's trunk-or-treat on Broadway moves indoors as rain washes out original plan

With the threat of rain looming on Friday evening, Oct. 30,, organizers of the trunk-or-treat on Broadway in La Cygne moved the event into the La Cygne Library.

While the treaters may have lost some of the spookier visual effects they would have had by working out of their vehicles, the scores of kids who crowded into the library's Swan Room didn't seem to mind at all.
