Michelle Lynn Young, age 57, Linn Valley, Kansas passed away Friday, April 4, 2025.

She was born on May 20, 1967, in Russellville, Arkansas, the daughter of Larry and Victoria Burge Lawrence. Michelle was united in marriage to Ronald Young on May 17, 1986.

She worked as a project coordinator in operations development for Terracon Consultants. She was a member of the La Cygne Christian Church. She was an avid Chiefs fan. She enjoyed gardening, photography, crafting and painting, riding on the motorcycle with husband, Ron. She was a "Sassy" gal who enjoyed the lake life.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Larry Lawrence. Michelle is survived by her husband, Ron; two daughters, Sarah Cranor and Krystal Young; a brother, Jody Lawrence; two granddaughters, Adrian Cranor(Andrew) and Tristan Young; and two great-granddaughters, Emerie and Everlie Kuhn.  

Funeral service will be 9 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Schneider Funeral Home, La Cygne Chapel.  Burial will be in the Sharon Cemetery, Drexel, Missouri.  Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 11, at the La Cygne Chapel.  Memorial contributions are suggested to Celebrate Recovery.  Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
