Young Historians to present program for dinner theater at La Cygne Library

Riffing off the title of the movie “Night at the Museum,” a 2006 movie staring Ben Stiller in which the exhibits in a museum take on a life of their own after hours, “Welcome to Night at the Museum 2026” features young re-enactors from the La Cygne area portraying local residents, past and present, whose artifacts or tools of trade have been donated to the La Cygne Historical Society Museum.
At 20 re-enactors, the largest group of young people to participate in the Young Historians, the group will be presenting during a dinner theater in the Great Room at the La Cygne Library on Tuesday, Sept. 15. Dinner will be served at 4:45 p.m. and the presentation will begin at 5:15 p.m.
