Deborah Ann Segars, age 68, La Cygne, Kansas, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025. She was born on February 29, 1956, in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Clarence J. and Sarah Butterworth Lewis.


She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband James D. Segars on July 24, 2017. Deborah is survived by her sons, Rodney Fultz, and Clarence Fultz Sr.; friend, John Peters; and three grandson, Matthew A. Fultz, Clarence P. Fultz, and Patrick J. Fultz. 


Graveside funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Brooklyn Cemetery near La Cygne, Kansas. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project. Online condolences can be left at www.schneiderfunerals.com.
