Ida Berniece Bousfield, age 81, Spring Hill, Kansas, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024.  She was born on October 17, 1943, in Clinton, Missouri.  She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant.  She was married to Robert Bousfield who preceded her in death on January 24, 2015.

Spending time with her family was the most important part of Ida's life.  A close second was her love for the Kansas City Chiefs.  She also enjoyed scary movies and playing bingo

 Ida is survived by her daughter, Donna Koehn; a granddaughter, Tabatha (Mike) Grah; a great grandson, Blaine Grah; a sister, Celeste (Jim) Smith; a niece, Ginger Mucha; a nephew, Mike Smith; and the rest of the family. 

Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, La Cygne Chapel.  Everyone is encouraged to wear Chiefs attire.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to defray costs.
