Lee Ann Lee, age 69, of Lane, Kansas, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family.


Lee Ann was born September 12, 1956, in Paola, Kansas. She was one of five children born to Robert Keith and Alice “Joyce” (Dickey) Lang. She grew up in Osawatomie and was a member of the Osawatomie High School Class of 1974.


On March 2, 1974, Lee Ann and Charles Donald “Donnie” Lee were united in marriage. Together, they made their home outside of Lane, Kansas, where they raised their three children: Lisa, Laurie, and Charles.


Lee Ann treasured spending time outdoors and had a special love for gardening, canning, and caring for her many plants. She especially looked forward to hosting the family’s annual Halloween party each year. Halloween was her favorite season, and she delighted in all things witchy, spooky, and magical. Her home reflected her warm personality, playful spirit, and the joy she found in the little things. Most of all, she cherished time spent with her family and friends.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Lee; her parents; her brothers, Mike Lang and Larry Lang; and her sons-in-law, Martin Leach and Shawn Ratcliff.


Survivors include her children, Lisa Leach, Laurie Coffelt, and Charles Lee (Shirlee Wood); her sisters, Carol (Jack) Rhea and Barbara (Rich) Stifter; her nine grandchildren, Mallory (Colten), Kaylee, Shane, Kacey, Kelcey (Manny), Kamry (Luis), Mikenzie, Luke, and Kingston; and her nine great-grandchildren along with many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.


Family and friends are invited to celebrate Lee Ann’s life on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Parker Community Building at 423 W. Kimball St. in Parker, KS.
