William Edgar "Eddie" Lehman, II, age 60, of Lawrence, KS, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026, at his residence.
A celebration of life visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence. Cremation will follow with inurnment to be held privately. Eddie Lehman was born in Olathe, KS, on August 23, 1965, to William Edgar and Nina Geraldine (Utley) Lehman. He grew up in Fontana, KS, and graduated from Prairie View High School (La Cygne) in 1983. He also attended Haskell Indian Junior College and was a veteran of the US Army and Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield.
In 1990, he married Vida Fox in Lawrence, KS, and she passed away in 2020. He had worked as a Human Resources consultant, recently for Haskell Indian Nations University. He was a citizen of the Potawatomi Nation.
Survivors of William Edgar Lehman, II, include his daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Zach Webb, Lawrence, KS.; a nephew and nieces, Dewayne Holland, Yvonne Holland Ferguson and Melissa Holland; his dear friend, Kelly McGinnis, Lawrence, KS.; and extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, former wife and a sister, Loretta Holland.
The family of Eddie Lehman has entrusted the arrangement of the services to Zach Webb Family Funeral Service of Independence, KS.
