Linn County Jail bookings, July 1 – 31, 2025

The following is a list of bookings made by the Linn County Sheriff's Office and city police departments within the county. The list is made available to the Journal by the Linn County Sherff's Office. All of the people charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

July 31

• Dandridge Washington, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, and Possession of opiate,

opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and solicitation traffic contraband in corrctional or care facility; Intro item on grounds.

July 30

• Gerald Brewster Sr., Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged criminal deprivation of property.

• Nicholas Mitchell, Osawatomie, was detained by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on a judge's order pending a warrant.

• Angel Balz, Mound City, was detained by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on a judge's order pending a warrant.

•.Sheldon Bahora, Mound City, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving the influence of drugs or alcohol (first conviction) and exceeding maximum speed limit. He was not held in custody.

• Thomas Reyolds, Moudn City, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving with a suspended license (third or subsequent conviction) and no vehicle liability insurance.

July 28

• Anthony Richardson, Wichita, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office allegedly to hold for another agency on a failure to appear in court warrant.

• Philip Soref III, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged misdemeanor criminal damage to property.

• Amber Davila, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first conviction) and interference with a law enforcement officer in serving a warrant. She was not held in custody.

July 26

Jacob Robinson, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged domestic abuse (three counts), knowing rude contact with family members.

• Steven Grayson, Alvarado, Texas, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged exceed maximum speed limits, possession of marijuan and operating a vehicle without a valid license.

• Staci Myers, La Cygne, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first conviction) and driving improperly on a laned roadway. She was not held in custody.

July 24

•Tyree McDaniel, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery (second conviction in five years) and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

July 23

• Danny Oxsheer, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving while license was cancelled, suspended or revoked, unable to produce drivers license.

• Johnathan Campbell, Armstrong, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged interfering with a law enforcement officer by obstructing warrant service, attempted theft of property or services.

• Amanda Herman, Armstrong, Mo., was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged operating a vehicle without a license, operating a vehicle with expired tags, no proof of liability insurance. She was not taken into custody.

• Alexia Herman, Warrensburg, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged use or possession with intent to use drug paraphrenalia and interference with a law enforcment officer by obstructing warrant service.

July 21

• Ethan Bishop, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery, knowingly having rude physical contact with family member.

• Laura Keys, Independence, Mo., was detained by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on judge's order pending a warrant.

• Ian Keys, Mound City, was detained by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on judge's order pending a warrant.

• Daveon Palms, Hume, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for numerous charges including alleged transporting an open container, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first coviction.

July 20

• Jason Miller, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Tommy Bailey, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to secure vehicle liability insurance, operating a vehicle without registration or with an expired tag, license to be carried and exhibited upon demand.

July 19

• Johnny Drury, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding warrant and for alleged driving with a suspended suspended license, first conviction, and defective tail lamp.

• Jennifer Kern, Leavenworth, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug, possession prescription only drug, 39 counts; use or possession with iintent to use drug paraphernalia. Kern was not taken into custody.

• Sheila Grafke, La Cygne, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged drving with a suspended license, first conviction; lmproper driving on laned roadway, and failure to carry license.

July 17

• Mason Irwin, Blue Mound, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged violation of a protection order. Irwin was not taken into custody.

• Terry Love, Mapleton, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving while license was cancelled, suspended, or revoked, and unsafe turning or stopping, failure to give proper signal. Love was not taken into custody.

July 16

• Andrew Lawson, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Rebecca Wuerfele, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn Count Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

July 15

• Bradley Baker, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged probation violation.

• Jesse Hogan, Mound City, was detained by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on a judge's order pending a warrant.

July 14

• Mikkie Bronson, Mapleton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged aggravated battery; DUI causing great bodily harm/disfigurement; aggravated

endangering a child; reckless situation to child younger than 18.

July 13

• Walter Wisdom Jr., Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office after his bond was revoked by the bonding company.

July 12

• Kaylee Drury, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged possession of marijuana; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, first conviction; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

July 10

• Timothy Pitts II, Amoret, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on a judge's order pending a warrant.

• Shirley Jensen, Lawrence, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for several charges, including alleged interference with a law enforcement officer, concealing, altering or destroying evidence in a felony case; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; use or possession with intent to drug paraphernalia.

July 9

• Mason Irwin, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged aggravated battery, knowingly cause great bodily harm.

July 8

• Charles Larson, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged operating a vehicle without registration or with an expired tag and driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent conviction.

• Erik Hellner, Mound City, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court and five counts of breach of privacy, disseminating

image, photo, videotape or film.

July 7

• Jessica Owens, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without liabiity insurance.

• Earl Howard, Independence, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged parole violation.

July 6

• Jaime Broussard, Houston, Texas, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

July 5

Charles Bradley, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving while license was cancelled, suspended or revoked; exceeding maximum speed limits; violation of restrictions on drivers license or permit.

• Lori Perry, Fontana, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged battery, physical contact in rude, insulting or angry manner.

July 4

• Cherokee Casida-Razo, Parker, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged domestic battery, knowing or reckless bodily harm to family member; and aggravated assault, use of a deadly weapon.

• Martha Longoria- Ortiz, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged failure to appear and driving with a suspended license, first conviction

July 3

• Bobby England, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged domestic battery.

• Timmy Rhodes Jr., Prescott was booked and release by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged operating a vehicle without a valid license.

July 1

• Clark Montgomery, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving while license was suspended (second or subsequent conviction).

• Alyssa Woodall, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.
