Linn County bookings made by sheriff's office or city police departments, May 21 to June 30

The following is a list of bookings made by the Linn County Sheriff's Office and city police departments within the county. The list is made available to the Journal by the Linn County Sherff's Office. All of the people charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.


June 30

• Travis Reeves, La Cygne, was booked by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Kasee Howard, Topeka, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for allleged failure to appear in court.


June 29

• Dyllon Lewis-Wisdom, Pleasanton, was booked by the Pleasanton Police Department of alleged driving with a suspended license (first conviction) and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first conviction).


June 27

• William Morris, Lawrence, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, four counts of failure to appear in court.

• Lucas Remby, Lawrence, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; operating a vehicle

without registration or with an expired tag; and no vehicle liability insurance.


June 25

• Tyler Tubbs, Mound City, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Billy Penn, Linn Valley, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first conviction).


June 24

• Christopher Newell, La Cygne, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol (younger than 21 with blood alcohol content .02 to .08), transporting an open container, and purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor.


June 22

• Joshua Thompson, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged probation violations.

• Clark Montgomery, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged no drug tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substance; possession of opiate,

opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; use or possession with intent

• Casey Scott, Warrensburg, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for several charges including alleged use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, driving under influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving while license is suspended or revoked, and traffic contraband in a correctional or care facility.


June 21

• Caleb Jones, Bonner Springs, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license.

• Dakota Brous, Larmar, Mo., was charged with alleged attempted vehicle liabilty insurance by the Linn County Sheriff's Office.


June 18

• Craig Bradley, La Cygne, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Jeremy Weimer, Arcadia, Kansas, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged criminal damage to property without consent (value less than $1,000), aggravated domestic battery, and cruelty to animals.


June 17

• Josiah Shoemaker, Prescott, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged parole violation.

• Jeffrey Sisson Jr., Topeka, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged criminal use of weapons; possessing any firearm by a person who is both addicted to and an unlawful user of a controlled substance, no vehicle liability insurance.


June 16

• Kalvin Hesse, La Cygne, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for an alleged parole violation.


June 15

• Rhonda Harris, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department to hold for another agency.

• Brenden Becker, Olathe, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of a drug or combination of drugs (first conviction) and exceeding maximum speed limits.


June 14

• Mason Walker, Linn Valley, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (first conviction), exceeding maximum speed limits and transporting an open container.


June 13

• Chad Thompson, Smithville, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer and attempted criminal damage to property without consent ($1,000 to $25,000 value).


June 12

• William Ward Jr., La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer by obstructing service of a felony warrant and attempting to elude a law enforcement officer by engaging in reckless driving.


June 11

• Stuart Wieland, Paola, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged attempted possession of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer.


June 9

• Justin Daniels, Roland, Okla., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged driving with a suspended license, third or subsequent conviction.


June 7

• Montee Woodbury, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and transporting an open container.

• Kamea Robertson, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the LNSO for alleged unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug, possession of prescription only drug, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, and use or possess w/intent.


June 4

• Dustin Jones, Elgin, Texas, taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office to hold for another law enforcement agency.

• Kieren Lingle, Mound City, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.

• Jason Miller, Mound City, taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on judge's order pending an arrest warrant.

• Maci Roy, La Cygne, booked by the Pleasanton Police Department on a warrant.


June 3

• Gary Robertson, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged interference with a law enforcement officer; attempt to conceal, alter or destroy evidence; improper vehicle registration; unlawful use of drivers license.


May 31

• Thomas Gatlin, Mound City, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock device; no vehicle liability insurance.


May 30

• Joel Austin, Louisburg, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; and driving while license

cancelled, suspended or revoked second or subsequent conviction.

• Seymour, Raytown, Mo., was taken into custody by the Linn Valley Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; possession of

marijuana; and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.


May 27

• Thomas Long Jr., Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office on a judge's request pending an arrest warrant.

• Alyssa Woodall, La Cygne, was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to appear in court.


May 25

• Nicholas Collins, Altamont, Kan., 3:38 a.m., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; taxation, no drug tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substance; use or possess with intent to sell.

• Nicholas Collins, Altamont, Kan., 4:43 p.m., was taken into custody order by the Linn County District Court for alleged distribution of opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant, 100

grams up to 1 kilogram; possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; and taxation no drug tax stamp.

• Tyler Vickrey, Kansas City, Kan., was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged distribution of opiate, opium, narcotic, certain stimulant (100 grams to less than 1 kilogram and no drug tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substances.


May 24

• Darian Brown, Hume, Mo., was booked by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for alleged failure to wear seatbelt; two counts of no restraining system of seat belts for child passengers; driving while suspended.

• Montee Woodberry, La Cygne, was taken into custody by the La Cygne Police Department for alleged criminal damage to property without consent (value less than $1,000), criminal restraint; and aggravated battery.


May 22

• Gary Hall, Blue Mound, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for charges including alleged possession of marijuana, use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

• Kelcy Doles, Louisburg, was taken into custody by the Linn County Sheriff's Office for several charges including alleged not driving on right side of roadway, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (first conviction, blood/breath .08 or greater).

May 21

• Jacob Beck, Pleasanton, was taken into custody by the Pleasanton Police Department for alleged taking indecent liberties with child 14 to 15 years old, lewd fondling; aggravated indecent liberties with a child, intercourse with child 14 to 15 years old, and unlawful possession of visual depiction of child 12-16 years old.

• Scott Schleshner, Cleveland, Mo., was booked by the La Cygne Department for alleged failure to appear in court, failure to wear seatbelt, and driving while license

cancelled, suspended or revoked.
